I've been waiting six months for shoes have not received them yet very unorganized had three appointments none of them kept very very disappointed with this place do not recommend to anyone

I have a father that unfortunately has lost his legs to diabetes.We have made several attempts to see the person that runs this business to have him fitted for prosthetics.We have went there on different days and at different times off the day and even called and made an appointment,still wasn't there.We have had to drive to Roanoke.

Our family doctor recommended this business and we have been very happy. The orthotics have really helped our daughter's feet. They are very good at follow-up check-ups and adjustments (so far at no cost, and it's been close to a year; they patched a hole my daughter was starting to wear in the orthotic.) They also were very helpful to show us how to more easily shift the orthotics between different pairs of shoes. The staff are super friendly and very good with children. I highly recommend NRV Orthotics.
