General Info

Counseling provides a structure for turning personal struggles and losses into opportunities for growth. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space in which you can look at yourself and your life, figure out what you want to change, and learn the skills you need to make that change happen. Those skills might include self-awareness and self-calming, cognitive reframing, interpersonal communication, or effective parenting behavior.My approach is holistic; we'll work with thoughts and feelings but also with physical well-being and spiritual concerns. All parts of ourselves are connected! I enjoy working with clients who are interested in learning about themselves and who are willing to be proactive in creating happy, healthy lives.
