I have been seeing this dentist for a year and a half, my insurance always paid their bills on time. But after the first visit, they raised the fee without telling me, I was very surprised to receive a bill one year later, saying that I had two overdue balances I phoned the office and complained. They didn't admit any wrong doing, it seemed like they could raise the fee whenever they see fit, and because the services had already been performed, the patients had to pay up. I argued if I had have known they charged more, I would probably shop around for a better price. It's not a pleasant conversation, but they agreed to waive one of the payments. At the time of the complaint, I already had another appointment with the dentist in a couple months. I didn't cancel that appointment, but when I went to that appointment, they said they canceled that appointment for me because I was upset about the raised price. Absolutely the worst dentist office I have even been to.

I was very pleased with how the whole appointment making process went. Julie, took my call and was pleasant, cheerful, courteous and very helpful throughout the process. Usually cleaning appointments are 6-8 weeks out from what I was told. However, due to a recent unavoidable cancellation she was able to offer an earlier appointment date. I called on a Tuesday, mid afternoon and was able to get an appointment for x-rays and cleaning early Thursday morning of that same week...wow talk about timing! Being a new patient, I was asked a few general questions & she answered a few questions I had on my dental plan coverage. Based on my initial encounter, I would strongly recommend this dental office. I can only hope the actual dental cleaning experience goes half as well. I will follow up with a review afterwards. Tony S.
