If you use these people for any lock service; one you need to get it in writing because the price goes up every time one of them open there mouth. Two, be prepared to be left mad for having to deal with some of the rudes people I have every meet. fFind Someone else.....

Very professional. We had an employee to go to have an extra key made for our office. A couple years ago, Brians Lock & Key recommended a "semi-restricted" keyway to cut down on too many keys being out. They sent the employee back and would not cut key without our permission. GOOD JOB. Makes me feel a lot better knowing that they are very security minded, especially for their clients.

The locksmith set date to change some locks the locksmith never called or showed up. I tried to call several times. Because of this my ex took my stuff and left town. The police said I did not have any proof. I lost time, money, my property got stolen and now have to find some one else and make another time to change locks.

they did the job, but were very rude. price was okay - i will call around if i ever need a locksmith again
