Being new to the area, I tried other auto service companies before I found this one. In desperate need of new tires and a state inspection, they took care of me on a Saturday. In short order, they had me back on the road. The quality of service, friendly staff, reasonable prices, comfortable waiting room and shuttle service make them my ONLY choice for auto service needs. So far I have taken three of my cars there for tire service and alignments. No reason to go anywhere else!

Amazing service! very nice waiting room...I could have sat all day in there and waited for my car. But it was very quick and people were extremely nice.

I have taken my car to this business for six different services/issues over the past twelve months (including oil change, flat tire, valve cover gasket replacement, alignment/balancing, and cv axle boot replacement). I am so satisfied with my consistently excellent experience here. I have ALWAYS been satisfied with the rates they charge. I have NEVER had to return the car for poor or incomplete service. I have ALWAYS felt that my customer satisfaction was their number one concern. The staff are all knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and - above all - HONEST. They will take you out on the maintenance floor to SHOW you the issue and discuss options if you want. Auto Master also has the most ample, well-supplied customer lounge in town - complimentary beverages, wireless internet, play area for children, huge flat-screen tv with comfortable furniture. They provide shuttle services to the Blacksburg/ Christiansburg area while your car is being serviced. I couldn't be happier with them!

My daughter is a student in Blacksburg and was packing to come home (4 hour drive) for the weekend. She called in tears saying her 2 front tires were flat. I was helpless. I found Auto Master Tire & Service online and called. Within minutes I had a gentleman on the phone telling me "I will be there in 15 minutes and we will bring her car back here if the tires don't hold air. Don't you worry, I will take care of your daughter." He called my husband to tell him what he found and then put 2 new tires on and by the way did not charge us for towing. Next he called me to say that my daughter would be on her way home and that knowing she was driving long distance he had checked all the fuids and other tires and let me know that she was fine and her car was safe and ready for her to drive. I will always remember the exceptional service and also the incredible kindness. 5 stars is not enough.

Was down from NY to visit my son and brought his snow tires to be put on his car. Also wanted the brakes checked and a weird gas tank issue where you can't pump in gas fully without it backing up and stopping the pump. The place was very clean with a nice waiting room with wifi, magazines, flat screen TV etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The put on the snow tires quickly, said my brakes were in good shape, and the gas tank they have seen the problem before and estimated 200 - $300 to fix. I passed on the gas tank for the moment but know that my son can come here anytime to correct. They even walked out with me to the car to make sure the old tires were wrapped and put back in the trunk and all was good. A very positive experience !

I had a flat tire Wednesday evening but these guys were still able to fix me up. Picked up the tire the next morning (they mounted it for free). I had some other smaller tires fixed here before and got the same great prices, speedy service, great waiting area, and professional staff as before.I'll be coming here for all my mechanical problems, thanks!

Prices were reasonable (probably the least expensive oil change in the Blacksburg area). The staff was very friendly and nice. Their lounge was a nice place to hang out while waiting - there was a big screen LCD TV, plush leather couches, free cold and hot drinks, a computer, and free Wi-Fi. Overall, a great experience, and would go there again.

Excellent prices (actually couldn't find a better deal on tires even online), top notch customer service, super clean shop (have to see it to believe it) and I have seen plenty. Free drinks, coffee, cable, internet and large play area for kids in the lounge! Awesome place, would recommend to anyone.
