I absolutely wouldn't recommend Mark even to my worst enemy! Mark is an independent lawyer unaffiliated with any law firm. He takes on way to many public court-appointed cases to make ends meet and hence, he's way too busy. If you have a serious felony, don't bother with this lawyer because Mark is not the lawyer to help your succeed. He even told me that he goes as far as Floyd & Pulaski counties for misdemeanor petty cases - talk about a bottom feeder! During my court case, he didn't email nor call me to keep me updated like most lawyers do. Furthermore, since he's a 1 man operation, you're not likely to get the attention to detail nor quality due diligence work you'd get from a respected lawyer in a law firm. There are an abundance of lawyers in South West Virginia that are well qualified and capable of a better job than Mark Anderson!
