Poor customer service! We reserved a portable O2 unit tubing to run from the unit to the CPAP machine. When I picked it up I told them we needed the tubing in case the outlet in the hotel was far from the nightstand (CPAP). The manager verified the unit was for a CPAP. The staff person gave me tubing and the manager asked if I was sure I had everything & I responded "yes" because I thought we did. 200 miles later it turned out the tubing had a nasal canula, completely inappropriate for use with a portable O2 machine/CPAP. When we called the Norco, they said to "cut" off the nasal piece off & try to "make it work." The seal was not tight & we worried all night about O2. I explained to the my sister is disabled & unable to drive. I explained she needed another tube delivered since I was leaving. The next day the Blackfoot manager called to inform me this was my fault because she asked if had everything & I had responded that I did. Since this was my fault the best solution was to have us PAY FOR NEW TUBING AND DELIVERY. I told her that I only answered yes because I assumed they gave us the right tubing. Despite reserving this and discussing on pickup, they still sent the wrong tubing & blamed us!
