To whom it may concern,I know two residents of this apartment building. Last year they changed building managers.Since then I know that one of the tenants takes care of the one entryway sweeping and washing the windows because no one else is doing it.Also the sidewalks are not being kept clear of ice and snow. I know this for a fact On Sat. Jan 3rd we had quite the ice storm and on Sunday the walks were glare ice all day. No one clears the snow off the top of the dumpster making it too heavy for an elderly person to lift it up to put the trash in. Last summer we had the pleasure of being in the dayroom and enjoying the outside area the tables and chairs were filthy and had not been cleaned in the spring when they were taken out of storage.Something should be done about the main entrance door its very hard to open you must turn the key and pull at the same time a wheelchair would have a hard time with this. I feel the whole place has gone down hill alot with the new manager.
