Best Minestrone in the US. I tried to get the recipe but they declined. Family secret. It is far better than any in San Francisco or in Italy that I know of. I am going to Great Falls in August and will try again. If I can't get the recipe, I will figure out a way for them to freeze it and next day it to California. It is that good.
