  After graduating medical school from the University of North Dakota, he did his surgical internship at the University of Southern Florida in Tampa, Florida.  This was then followed by a General Surgery residency at the University of Kansas Wichita. Following this, he was Board Eligible in General Surgery. He then furthered his education in Plastic Surgery at the University of Missouri in Columbia, where he was trained and mentored by Dr. Puckett.

  Leann graduated with her BSN from North Dakota State University in 2009. She has worked as an RN all over the country but returned to ND in July of 2014 to be near family while advancing her career in aesthetics. She works closely with the Clinic Manager assisting with patient consultations in both clinic locations as well as being involved in pre-operative care and post-operative recovery. Leann functions as a nurse injector of neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau), dermal fillers (Juvederm and Restylane products). She has received training from Allergan and Galderma. Leann also performs laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, erbium skin rejuvenation laser, spider vein laser treatments, vascular lesion laser, and IPL treatments. In 2016, she took a special interest in bioidentical HRT and is currently the coordinator and educator for our HRT patients. She started with Dr. Paulson in March 2015.

  Debbie graduated from the University of Mary in 1986. She has been involved with the Aesthetic Center of Plastic Surgery since Dr. Paulson went independent in 2000. She has been instrumental in the ongoing process of the accreditation of the IPA surgery center since 2004. She has also helped with the ongoing growth of the clinic and staff development for the Aesthetic Center. She has recently taken on a new responsibility and that is the administration of the Votiva treatments which is a bi-polar vaginal rejuvenation procedure.

  Kallie RN works in the Minot clinic. She is from Minot and graduated from Medcenter One College of Nursing in 2010. She brings 5 years of nursing experience to the practice. Kallie has experience in injecting neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and Sculptra. She has received training from nationally recognized trainers out of MN, along with training from Allergan and Galderma expert injectors. She has skincare training from ZO, Obagi, and is PCA certified. She also performs laser hair removal, sclerotherapy, laser skin rejuvenation, and acne treatments, as well as medical-grade chemical peels and medical microdermabrasion. Kallie started with Dr. Paulson in January 2015.

  Kara, RN is a native of Washburn, ND, and graduated with her BSN from Medcenter One College of Nursing in 2010. She has worked in the healthcare field for over 12 years in cardiology, the infusion center, podiatry, and long-term care. She has been a PRN nurse at ACPS since November of 2016 and as of July 2018 started working with us part-time. She is currently working in our OR in pre-op, recovery, and circulating as well as taking on a role in the clinic. She is trained in all laser procedures. She has always had an interest in skincare and is taking the role of Bismarck Clinic Skincare Specialist. She has training in our medical-grade skincare line ZO Skin Health and loves being able to talk with patients about their skincare issues/needs. She is also trained in aesthetic procedures and does the micro derms, chemical peels, and dermaplaning in the Bismarck office.
