Poor customer service. I called asking for someone to come look at my appliance and the response was a rude "No, we are booked". I would expect professional customer service to at least say, "we are booked out" or "how soon are you needing" or "unfortunately we are not taking new customers" or something. Unfortunate.

The employee to which the previous reviewer mentions was promptly let go after said incident. In my experience, Dakota Appliance Inc. has had a very professional staff who do their best to help their customers, in a fast and friendly manner. I am sorry you had a bad experience. -Loyal customer of 15 years

A 1 is not a low enough review for this business. They are supposed to be servicing the warranty on my Sears appliances and one month later, have not done a thing. I have called this company 5 times now to check on why they haven't returned to fix my appliances and the last time I called the secretary stated "I CAN'T MAKE THEM COME OUT THERE NOW CAN I?" I told her I was sorry she obviously didn't care but would she please help me and could I talk to a manager. She proceeded to hang up on me and told me she wouldn't bother a manager with me! I have never in my life seen such a lack of professionalism. I will now be calling the better business bureau and reporting both Dakota Appliance of Bismarck and Sears. I would never never ever buy anything from either business again! Buyers beware!!!!
