      We had John over today to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. Great job. He also cleaned our water heater that was throwing soot over the furnace room floor. He figured out what was going on, took it apart, and cleaned everything out. The only problem was, he needs a good vacuum cleaner for that kind of work. We furnished ours and John got the job done very neatly. Very nice man and didn't mind me hanging around to learn a few things. Thanks. Chuck and Judy
