We were told that the bumper replacement would take 2-3 days.Took car in on a Monday afternoon, still not done by Friday.Impossible to get them to call us back, they gave us therun-around all week long. Lied to us and told our insuranceagent that they'd told my wife that they had to re-order somepart that was damaged, which was a lie, because they never toldeither of us about any part being ordered at all. We alsosuspect that one of the employees was driving her car whileit was supposed to be worked on, as it had 65 miles MORE onit than when she and I dropped it off. Took all week long andwe were lucky to get it on late Friday afternoon before the weekend, and that was only because I went down there myselfand asked to see the car, and what it needed. Will never use them again.
