We chose this motel because it was one of the cheapest in Bishop, CA so we didn't expect much. But it was just fine overall, the rooms were clean and came with A/C, small bathroom, TV and even a small fridge.

Low prices. Clean. Slightly off US 395 for a little more peace and quiet.

Over the past several years I've found the Thunderbird Motel offers the largest, most comfortable rooms of the budget priced motels in Bishop.

Great location near the center of town. With-in easy walking distance of local restaurants and Mac's Sporting Goods. Many lakes with-in an easy 20 minute drive. Reasonably accommodations with a great old school feel!!!
