My name is Mike I called Total Comfort Heating & Air to replace my old furnace and air conditioner. They came out right away and gave me a great price. I told them to do the work and they finished all in one day and did a great job. I recommend them to anyone.

Total Comfort Heating & Air came out to my house when I had no heat. I had called several companies that Sunday and they were the only ones that returned my call and came out that day and repaired my furnace. They did a great job and the service tech was very polite and even wore shoe covers over his shoes.

Total Comfort in Bham came out to my home to do a yearly maintenance on my A/C. It was frozen up, so the service man said he couldn't do anything. No charge. Before leaving he decided HE wanted to see what was wrong with it (we didn't request it), then charged us $50. We paid it because we were being polite and decided that if our home warranty stunk we'd be using their (Total Ccmfort's) business anyway. Turns out we can't even have service done thru them BECAUSE of the home warranty - they don't service people w/home warranties, period. So, the service man never even should have come out in the first place. Been calling for months trying to get my money back. No one returns my calls. No one does anything. Just being ignored. Granted, it's only $50 but it's the principle of the thing.
