Russo Corporation has completed projects with various state departments of transportation, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Russo Corporation s excavating and underground utilities division has equipment that is capable of performing all types of site demolition and preparation, earthwork, rockwork, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer and water line installations.
