I have 3 large dogs and have been using Pink Paw for in-house grooming, mobile grooming and boarding for the last 2.5 years. My dogs stay in their own large bedroom with a TV, Bed and window when we board. They go outside and play with other dogs at least 4 times daily.Shannon is an incredible groomer and her husband, Anthony, cares for all the dogs like they were his own . They offer pick up and delivery services, which has been so helpful to me, as I have severe RA and cannot safely transport all 3 dogs alone. My girls are always happy to go with Anthony in his van, so obviously they are happy when at the spa. I highly recommend all of their services. M. L.
DON'T LEAVE YOUR PET HERE!!!The Pink Paw Pet Spa has the worst customer service I had ever experienced. They never once answered the phone. The manager/owner was very rude and defensive when I had left a frantic voicemail when I was trying to find their establishment and was having trouble. I also did not receive all the items that I left with my dog, and when I called to see if they still had the items I didnt receive, I once again did not receive an answer. I went up to the establishment and expressed my concerns - I was quite irritated- and when he went to look to see if my stuff was still there, he mumbled horrible things under his breath. He never found the items that were missing, and on my way out, yelled to NEVER COME BACK! I never planned on returning, but it was incredibly rude, especially since I was there from THEIR mistake! There are other great pet boarding places in town and I would suggest using them instead! I called at least 20 times and never got an answer
