I chose this company thanks to a recommendation from a peer and have been very happy with my company's service. We are a small business with only 4 employees, but Momentum was glad to help us out. I would like to see customer service be a little faster, but overall pretty happy with it.

My phone has been out of service since 11:00 yesterday morning. I was told that a tech would be here by 6:00 today. I called about an hour ago for an update, was informed by one of rudest people I have ever talked with in any kind of business that I am lucky, I am on a one day turn around, not four like most people. I told her that I am not happy with the time it took she told me she would be grateful if I took my business elsewhere. She neither understood nor cared that I have an elderly mother in another state in extremely poor health, and my cell phone does not have a good signal. I have been a customer of Momentum for 6 years, I believe, In my opinion, this lady needs some training in customer service. I am an agent for a national insurance company and this type of treatment would cost me my job. but this kind of customer relationship just isn't good business practice.
This company totally misrepresented itself to sell us their product. Both myself and my fiancee were told there would be one hour a day for long distance. On Thursday, the 21st, he called to question charges on the bill, and was told that their package was for one hour a MONTH !!! What kind of long distance plan is that ?? What a whole two minutes a day ?? We got this plan because we are 1200 miles apart, what good is two minutes a day ?? They are also double charging us. They have taken over $100.00 out of my checking account and my fiancee has paid over $100.00. That's double charging us as far as I can see !! Makes me sick to know that a business can falsely advertise their product to get you in and once they have you, they can change it all around to suit their greed !!! I am not only NOT AT ALL SATISFIED, I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED.
