The only review on this site is a very negative one for Marathon Staffing. Apparently this individual, who is "anonymous", was unable to perform the simplest of tasks. I do not represent Marathon, nor do I work for them, but I do work alongside them and was a "temp" through their service before being hired by The Company 4 years ago. Yes, if you leave work early you lose a $1 an hour bonus. It is an hourly bonus for being on time and working your shift. Why should they pay you a bonus if you don't earn it, isn't that what a bonus is? The schedule is 12 hour shifts but you only work 3 days one week and 4 days the next. I don't know many places where you are off 7 days out of every 14 and still have a full time job. Also, they pay weekly, so rather than have 84 hours in a 2 week period and being paid 4 hours at time and a half, you are paid 8 hours of overtime in that 2 week period. The job is not difficult, other than standing for 12 hours, with paid lunch and 3 paid breaks...

Not recommended. The hours are lousy and the team leader was lazy. Didn't won't to train new hires, but will write them up if they were behind production. If you have a family emergency and have to leave the $1 bonus is taken away and you will be written up. Even if it's 30 mins before the shift is over. The insurance that is offered is a joke. $30+ a week and a $60 co-pay.
