Griswold Home Care has over thirty years of experience in providing in-home care for those that need assistance. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for those who wish to continue living independently. At Griswold, we assist seniors, those with disabilities, or even someone recovering from a hospital stay by providing in home care including personal care, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, errands, and other services. We can provide these services from a few hours per week up to 24/7 live-in care. Griswold's unique approach allows us to refer only the most experienced and compassionate caregivers in Birmingham at rates 20-40% less than traditional home care agencies. Over 30 years ago, Jean Griswold, the wife of a Presbyterian minister, formed Griswold Home Care in response to a growing need in her community. Jean established the company with two goals in mind: provide the highest quality of care with the best caregivers in the industry, while keeping the cost of home care services as affordable as possible. Griswold has expanded to over 230 locations since that time and we are excited to expand Jean's ministry here in Birmingham - as the first Griswold office in Alabama.
