YP Marketing Solutions is awful. I'm part of a small business. My company has been with YP for over 6 months now and it has not produced a single lead for us. They got info about our company wrong countless times, that we had to keep telling them to change. The program would actually produce more problems than anything. They got us plenty of irrelevant calls that weren't even related to our industry. They changed the program and nothing changed. They told us they would credit us for 2 months. It has been OVER TWO MONTHS that they been saying we will get the credit AND STILL NO CREDIT. Our reps JP and Steven now don't even answer us or respond to emails. Once you tell the them you want to cancel they just ignore you, to continue taking your money. YP is a business of lies and deception. They stated we can cancel right from the beginning and now they are ignoring the situation. YP is terrible, don't fall for their tricks.

I purchased a large yellow pages ad and internet advertising packages. It is costing me $250 a month, and after two months has generated one phone call and one internet response. Oh, and lots of junk marketing calls. This is a crippling expense to a small business struggling reach customers. The yellow pages reach nobody. This has been a complete waste of money.

BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. These people called me and talked me into an ad, then failed to deliver on what they promised. They ignore my emails, calls, etc...and are NOT customer service oriented. They should not be in business. PLEASE BEWARE!!!
