Everything is made to order so it is always available fresh! We offer Baking Classes year round for groups of 10 to 15. It's a great date night activity, family activity, or for your work group. Be sure to follow Darlene's Kitchen facebook page for upcoming class dates and topics. If you'd like to schedule a group class, please contact Darlene at least 2 weeks in advance. At Darlene's Kitchen, we offer a wide variety of baked goods, but our specialties are Breads (sweet & loaf), Rolls (sweet & dinner), and Cookies. Our signature Cinnamon Rolls are melt-in-your-mouth goodness! Some of our handmade products also include, Apple Strudel, Coffee Cake, Strawberry Bread (with or without pecans), Oatmeal Bread, Trail Mix Bars, Chocolate Fudge (with or without walnuts), lots of Cookie varieties, and more! You can find us at these local Farmers Markets during the 2014 market season: Crosscreek Community Market in Pelham - Tuesday evenings 5:30 - 8:00 May 6 through August 26, Pepper Place Saturday Market in Birmingham - Saturday mornings 7 to noon through December 13, and other markets as announced. We also take phone orders and will deliver within a 10 miles radius of our business for a small fee for orders under $75. We offer free delivery for all orders over $75 (within a 10 mile radius of our business). Please provide us with at least 3 days' notice of your order. We also offer Baking Classes throughout the year. If you have an organization, business, or group that would like to reserve class time, please contact us! We also schedule classes periodically for the general public to register to attend. All classes are conducted in a certified commercial kitchen in the Hoover area. Our baking classes are in a fun and relaxed atmosphere where you will receive hands-on experience. If you've been wanting to gain confidence working with yeast or baking that perfect cookie, we've got a class for you! *Class size is limited and there is a small fee per person*
