      City Action Partnership (CAP) is a nonprofit organization striving to keep downtown Birmingham safe, clean, and friendly. CAP’s vision is to successfully create and maintain a healthy downtown environment conducive to economic growth and a desirable quality of life for people who live, work, and visit Birmingham. CAP Officers work with high standards of ethics, integrity, and courtesy in coordination with local law enforcement.
