It is involved in the construction of retail, office, commercial and residential related developments. Formerly known as Brigham-Williams and Associates Inc., the firm through various mergers became one of the largest residential real estate companies in Alabama. It is a subsidiary of Berkshire-Hathaway. Brigham-Williams Commercial Properties Inc.'s clients include Blockbuster Video, Dollar General Corporation, Movie Gallery, Domino's Pizza, Dollar Tree, Bruno's and McDonalds, as well as a number of residential lot subdivisions, resort condominiums and other multi-family projects.
