My experience with Jon, the owner, was a horrible one. I stopped in to get a simple arrangement of flowers for my wife, and he said he would help me out. Although he was friendly in the beginning, this did not remain the case. After I told him how much I was looking to spend, he put together a few flowers, which were not what I was looking for. As pleasantly as I could, I explained to him that the flowers were not exactly what I had in mind, but I appreciated his help. With this, he became obviously frustrated, and turned and literally threw the flowers across his store. I honestly could not believe what I saw, and was so taken aback, that I simply turned and left without saying a word. However, I became more frustrated over the next few minutes, so I decided to call and tell him how unprofessional and obscene his behaviour was. Not only did he not apologize, but he told me that I was the one with an attitude problem, and he then laughed and hung up on me. Horrible experience.
