I don't use AAA Between Pay, however a family member does. Apparently they were late in a payment, because a member of their team called our house. She informed me that I NEEDED to get this person in to the store, and when I explained I didn't really deal with this person and their finances, she said we always say she's not here, and that she didn't want to hear that anymore. LOL. Well if she's not here... ummm... she's not here. But no problem. I guarantee she won't hear it again from me. Because now whether this family member is here or not, if I answer the phone and hear the lady's voice that doesn't want to hear that anymore. I will promptly hang up. She would have done better to be polite, then I would have mentioned the call to my family member, and asked them to make arrangements so they wouldn't call. Their attitude is terrible, ESPECIALLY when dealing with someone other than the person who took out the loan.
