I visit Island Pizza each time I return to PA. I find the staff friendly and helpful and the food very good.

We ordered mozzarella sticks on our most recent visit. They were hollow on the inside. When we told the teenage waiter we were not happy with the uneaten mozzarella sticks, he told us they don't even make them here, they just take them out of the package and heat them up. We said we did not feel we should have to pay for them. He said, "Well yes you do because we made them for you." We said we are not going to pay for them and he replied, "So, you want me to call the cops?" We responded, "Go ahead." Whomever was in charge came over to our table about 15 minutes later and threw the check at us, saying he removed the $4.50 charge for the mozzarella sticks from our bill and told us NOT to come back. Like we would ever return to such a place.

The pizza honestly isn't bad but it's not good enough to make up for the horrible attitudes. We were told we had not waited 30 minutes for a pizza when in fact we did wait 30 min for a pizza during a dine in service. When they served ice cream we had 2 milkshakes ordered. One cup was full and the other was about 3/4 full. When we questioned the one that wasn't filled 100% we were told that is how it was done.The attitude just really stinks. The pizza is average pizza so it's not worth the attitude.
