Weis bought out a long-time local grocery chain and has run it into the ground. Weis Markets have become known as the highest-priced, lowest-quality stores in the area. They carry mostly their own brand items which are significantly inferior to any other generic brands. The local newspaper has run a comment section on Weis Markets since August 2009 and the reviews continually get worse.

Just ok in my opinion. If you don't have a lot of money to spend, then this is the store for you. So-so produce, and meats. Nothing exceptional.
