      UHS costs at hospital are out of control. Hospital billed $18,800 for 2 hours in OR and 1.5 hours of recovery. Surgery was to install plate to fix a broken arm. The cost did not include doctor who provided the skill? Be sure to negotiate price up front to know your out of pocket cost. Insurance doesn't cover all costs.
