Public Works Buildings & Grounds Division offers support services for all government departments throughout Broome County, N.Y. The division provides primary maintenance operations to the courthouse complex, fleet garage, George Harvey Justice Building, Edwin L. Crawford County Office Building, public safety facility and dog shelter. It offers secondary maintenance operations to the Greater Binghamton Airport, libraries, arena, forum, health, mental health, transit, social services, central foods, department of motor vehicles, WPNH and highway garage. The division also provides primary maintenance operations of the governmental plaza, under the government tripartite agreement. Public Works Buildings & Grounds Division is located in Binghamton, N.Y.
