I took 2 computers into this shop several months ago. They never called and I had to call three times to find out what was going on. When I stopped to pick them up they claimed they had called me several times, Since both my home and cell have an answering machine as well as caller ID I knew that was an outright lie. They said they could not be repaired, also, could not find the cord to the larger laptop and I had to make two trips to get it. Common sense tells you that you never separate the power cords from the machine. Earlier this week I took one of the laptops in to another repair shop and had a call from them before I got home. Picked it up today for $27, repaired. Will pick the other one up next week. Minus 5 is generous, I think minus 125!

Poor customer service.....slowest repair comp shop in the entire world........do not keep their promise.........took 3 months to replace my lcd and worst they were not informing you whats goin on. only tell you they are reall people who know what they are doing. Stephanie and Dan tell it as it is and have fixed my 11 year old computer a couple of times. I highly recommend this company.

i took my computer to this place.i thought it crashed.stephanie(the owner)said she would check it out.she called back the next day,an said i had some infections that she could fix.i had the computer back the next day.very reasonable an friendly people
