This isn't something I would normally do, but for anyone who has been there things have to be pretty bad by the time you seek counseling. It isn't cheap. If you didn't already have problems before you walked in the door it is even more frustrating spending your hard earned money for shoddy service. We were in counseling four months with Glen Lieberman. He was literally nodding in and out the entire 50 minutes we were there. There was no real interaction. We talked, he pretended to be listening. He took a lot of notes but did little counseling. He asked questions,but never offered feed back or suggestions to help us work through our problems. Many times we left angrier at each other than when we arrived. There was no intervention. Frankly I think our money would have been better spent calling a 1-900#
