Since opening in 2009, Physical Therapy @ eFitness has been dedicated to rehabilitating our patients with an individualized, hands-on approach. Located in the eFitness and Wellness Center, we have access to a wide range of exercise equipment, cardiovascular machines, weights, kinesis pulleys, and a warm-water therapy pool, along with offering modalities typically used in rehabilitation such as electrical stimulation, moist heat, and ultrasound. PT @ eFitness is one of the ONLY Physical Therapy clinics on the Mississippi Gulf Coast offering Aquatic Physical Therapy. Aquatic Physical Therapy is performed in a warm-water, chest deep therapeutic pool by a licensed and certified therapist. We accept and file most insurance plans and also offer discounts for gym memberships with eFitness and Wellness so our patients can continue to do their exercises and live a healthy lifestyle after being discharged from Physical Therapy.
