Roach motel. I moved in and there was no exterior light. I asked for 6 months for the light bulb to be changed before I told management that my son fell down the stairs. That got them fixing the light the same afternoon. I discovered my sockets were stripped while doing my move-in checklist and was told they would be replaced. Maintenance came around putting in GFI sockets in the kitchens and never changed the $1 sockets. That is only because they had to change the kitchen sockets.
