Not a very pleasant atmospere, waiting area is immediately at the front door very tight, cramped. I was not greeted, being my first time there and recommended by my friend my first impression was why? I was there for a much needed facial and some waxing. I was a little early for my appointment so I found a seat, the coffee in the coffee pot was cold... it was early afernoon. Finally the person who was to do my facial approached me like a breath of fresh air, immediately introduced herself and told me to follow her. If it were not for my experience in her room I may never go back. Great facial and expert waxing. As for the other workers I will never consider getting any other services done there. One thing I can't stand is when co-workers are talking about other co-workers in front of clients.
