The organization also provides the Lifespan Respite Program. STEP offers family education and support services. In addition, it offers adult, empowerment training and community solutions. The organization operates the STEP Foundation. STEP provides the Community Lifespan Respite program. It also offers recreational opportunities for parents. The organization provides supported living and 24-hour care and treatment services.
