Stahly Engineering & Associates, Inc. was established in 1970. The firm is headquartered in Helena, Montana with a branch office in Bozeman, Montana. Employees provide service in the fields of transportation engineering, water and wastewater planning and system development, civil site development, and structural engineering. The firm also offers environmental engineering (including wetland mitigation), survey services, assistance with acquisition of funding (grants), and construction management and inspection. The ability of Stahly Engineering to manage a project from planning and design to construction has afforded them considerable success over the last 40 years. In 2002 the corporation changed ownership when Dave sold the firm to his son, Byron, and two other professional engineers who had considerable history with the firm. In 2005 Dan Stahly became a partner in the firm. One of the succeeding owners has since resigned from the firm. The three current owners are Byron Stahly, P.E., Greg Benjamin, P.E., and Dan Stahly, P.L.S. These individuals contribute greatly to their communities with their professional expertise and with their volunteer service.
