i have rented from a few property managment companies, and have always received most of my deposit back. i like how these people have the cleaner show you what needs to be cleaned. make sure you document every thing when you move in it makes the move out so much smoother, you should do this with any body you use. All in all a nice company to work with.

My experience as a renter with this company has been all good. When we viewed our rental, it was directly after the previous renters moved out. The issues left by the previous renters were immediately addressed and our rental was move in ready when we needed it. The property managers have always been professional and curtious, and they have always promptly addressed any issue we may have with our rental. I would definately recommend PMI to anyone!

I must have rented from a different Professional Management. When I moved out and they tried to say something was dirty I showed them on the move in where I wroteit was dirty and they said o.k. When I signed the lease they told me to write down everything I saw that was wrong and I did. Therefore they had nothing to charge against me. The things I did miss when I moved out I got clean in the day they gave me. If I would not have bought a house I would rent from them again
