I found Mr. Kohn to be intelligent, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. I was surprised to see the earlier comment by the guy who commented twice. I was just looking for the number to contact Brian again, but after reading that I felt I had to review him also because those comments are way off base from what I saw. I spoke to Brian respectfully, which is perhaps why he spoke to me the same way. He tried very hard for me, and I was impressed.

The experience I witnessed in the court room was an embarrassment to the justice system itself (of course, Billings' municipalities seem to handle that job before you enter the courthouse). Anyway, back to the "lawyer", instead of a providing a courteous, engaged demeanor that people PAY for, Mr. Kohn patronized and condescended his clients, myself included. By the end of my time with Brian I was nauseous and completely ashamed of myself for having given money to a crook. Thanks Brian, you horrible person. - Sincerely, someone not smart enough to be in thine presence.

If I could choose between defecating on myself in public and choosing Mr. Kohn to represent me... well, there is not much difference, really. Take your pick. Either way you'll have a nice piece of fecal matter to deal with.
