Terrible experience! Dropped of a motor vital to our business. Called them 2 days later and was told "we are busy, we will call you." 10 days later I called them, Wayne looked at the motor for a few seconds and says "we won't work on that kind of motor". Not sure how long it would have taken them to tell me, but I'm out 2 weeks production, they could have let me know before that.
