We were searching for a home and Howard was great at first. Then we decided not to buy. Even after informing Mr. Sumner we were not going to buy, we received continual mail and e-mails. I have since returned his mail and asked him to stop mailing. I have also e-mailed his account and asked to be taken off his list. It has been over 6 months and I am tired of clearing his spam from my junk e-mail. If you like to be harassed, go with this guy!
