The service I received at Goldsmith Gallery was like I was a long time customer and yet this was my first of hopefully many purchases.

i have had the worst experience with these people. they were supposed to custom make a simple solitaire setting. after three attempts and two months of frustration they stopped trying and sent me my ring in what was supposed to be its original setting. hugh! immediately after i opened the box i knew it was not in its original setting! when i called they lied to me and made me feel stupid, questioning me on why they would ever not return the original even though i have proof-pictures of the original-and this is not it! they have not only wasted two months of my time; but now they have lied to me and denied me the ability to utilize my warrantee benefits provided by store where the ring was originally purchased because the original ring is gone now. i want justice; but am so tired of fighting now. i have never had such poor service, nor have i been so appalled at the business practices of a locally owned business whom i trusted. do not waste your time with this business!
