I just called them to find out about my grandma's van and the woman on the line was incredibly rude and she did not talk to me for very long before hanging up on me.

I just called Frank's for the first time. They were incredibly rude people who did not want to help me. I spoke with two different individuals there who were both very rude and reluctantly took my phone number and said they would have someone else call me. I would avoid doing business with this company if you can help it.

Terrible customer service-extremely rude and insulting. Asked to speak with a manager and apparently I already was. Very unprofessional-can't believe a place like this can stay in business with this kind of customer service. I see that the post before mine is an apology for someone else's bad experience-just bad business.

To the lady that wrote a review about us and Doug Nash he was talked to about this incident. He is no longer a contract labor with this company. We strive to do the best that we can for our customers. All I can say is what I told the lady when she called me I am very sorry and it will never happen again. I would like to talk to her if she would call me.
