To whom it may concern:I am absolutely disgusted at the service I was given over the past week at your establishment. Never have I received such indignation from employees. I came in with a simple problem about my iPad and I was made a total idiot out of. They kept it for two months only to tell me that there is nothing wrong with it. When clearly there is. The charging port is broken. I have never been more insulted by incompetent employees in my entire life. Employees who have no sense of decorum or common knowledge. As management you should be mortified by the actions of this branch and take immediate action on fixing this issue. It was absolutely rediculous, I have seen better manners shown to dogs. Never again will I step foot into that store and I will make it knownto others so they can do the same.

Great friendly service every time. They know what they are talking about!

The only reason these people are in business is because they sell a popular item. Customer service is the WORST. I'd never purposely patronize this business again. If I ever need another service on an Apple product, I'd send it out. DON'T GO HERE!

Quickly have helped me repair my iMac that I bought elsewhere on two different occasions. Helpful & good service.
I have a late 2008 15in Macbook pro. My laptop was coming apart at the hinge so I called apple and they referred me to Computer Village. When I took it in the guy there told me that I wasn't covered by my apple care because it was damage. He tried to tell me I dropped it. His estimate was a minimum of $800 for parts and labor but that he wouldn't know if there was more until he opened it up. I left with my laptop and called Apple again, this time choosing to send it right to them. Less than a week for shipping and repairs and my laptop is as good as new, also didn't cost me a cent because I was fully covered.
