Had a 4hr job stretch into them having my vehicle for 5 days and had to bring it back a week later to finish up. They are very bad about keeping the customer in the loop, no calls to let you know things aren't going as planned. Arranged a ride to pick up my truck on the 5th day they had it- 2hrs after they told me it would be done and it was not- no phone call to let me know it would not be done. While their work is good, the inconsideration and lack of customer service- I would not recommend using them.

Cost me more money ( that was there intention) , argument with management. Bad Deal. Other clients the same day were arguing with other staff. What a mess. I was told it would take 1 hours 2 1/2 hours later I had to ask for my vehicle , several times. Do not - Do not use this company! they are not worth even rating!

Was recommended by several people to get windows tinted by this business got them done disappointed with what I received a damaged brand new car. Talked with installer he was very upset with results said he wished to make things right as did management I said great figured all damage received I at this business would be taken care of WRONG manager was upset at cost of window replacement and told me my car wasn't a new car was a 2012 with 2000 miles I put on in a couple weeks of owning. They refused to get a new door panel which has a slice from a razor blade by the window NOW at one point had the nerve to tell me my wife with a bad knee had to have been getting in and caught it with her ring my limited US edition car has damage not by our hands on it and this is not how a professional business does business. Props to installer for owning up to damage but shame on management for poor ethics. Yes if they read this they know who the car belongs too .

I have had them put front bumpers guards on several dodge pickups, windshield visors, vinyl tops and several paint jobs and am very satisfied with the work they have done for me Under the Name of: Brown's Escort Service. Thank you for the good jobs you have done for me. Cliff Brown
