I arrived late, an hour before closing, around people who had appointments and knew I would likely have to wait to get in. Despite this I was moved in somewhere under, but close to an hour. This is what you'd expect in the emergency room when it's busy if you don't have a vital injury. The nurse and doctor were both very thorough and did their jobs well.

Love the doctors and most of the staff but one girl is persistently rude on the phone and in person! She was making nasty comments that I could hear and continually asked me of I was sure I could even pay for treatment. At least 3 times, as my husband stood there with blood all over his shirt! We finally left to go to emergency and on the way out she opens the window and says Wow! I am disgusted that she works with sick people and is such a horrible person! Will never go back unless they fire her.

I would rate the doctor a five but the assistant terese a negative. She was ride on the phone and continued to be so to the point we left and went to the emergency room. My husband had blood all over his shirt and she was to busy giving me attitude and trying to argue with me to care! As I was standing by my husband she opened the door and yelled Wow at us. So unprofessional, rude and I can't believe they would hire someone like that! I love the usual office staff but this girl is horrible!

I have been going here for years and have never had any problems. Remember when you go to a walk in clinic you have to expect to wait that happens in any doctors office whether you have an appointment or not.

Very poor service. It advertises "walk in" however, apparently you must have an appointment to be seen even close to timely. I was there an hour, watched people go in and out, and still I sat. So not impressed. Would not recommend to anyone. When I said to reception that I wasn't willing wait anymore she asked if I wanted and "appointment" the next day. The answer to that was a resounding NO. Difficult to give even one star!
