We bought a used jacuzzi,our money has been taken, our product is not working and we have not been given the courtesy of follow up as to when we will be taken care of. We have been patient and gotten no where. When we have called, they either do not answer their phone or when we have left a message, the call is often not returned. I am very disappointed. When we have been taken care of and our jacuzzi is working as we were told, we will update our progress. Update 12/2. I heard from the owner that they would be out to repair the jacuzzi and I would get a call back on 12/3. Today is 12/4 and no call. As of 12/9 I have still heard nothing. I left a message today and am waiting for a return call. 12/13 I received a call from the owner that the jacuzzi is not worth repairing. Since we have been waiting to have a working jacuzzi/spa since OCTOBER, the owner has offered a brand new spa to us and will remove the old spa and replace with a new one. 12/22 A new spa was delivered today, at last!
