terrible services, I ordered flowers for my mother with orange roses, but there were no roses and everything was different than should be :(

I have been getting flowers from my husband from Eastwick's for over 16 years. This past March he ordered a bouquet of hydrangeas and it was amazing. All my co-workers loved my huge and amazing bouquet! I took the bouquet home and sadly the next day 2 blooms were dead. My bouquet did not last a full 2 days. I called Eastwick's to let them know and without hesitation they came to pick up the old bouquet and replaced it with another amazing bouquet. This one too did not last more than 3 days. They called to see how the bouquet did compared to the first and said that they had taken home some blooms and they had wilted and died as well and that they would be contacting their supplier. They then offered to bring a potted hydrangea to make up for this! I was so overwhelmed by this 14 inch huge potted plant. Eastwick's went above and beyond to make sure this customer was happy. What a great place to do business with!!!!

Always a pleasure. I live in Pittsburgh and store associates are always helpful!
