I had them appraise my home in April of 2015. Pam and her husband appraised my house. Her husband took measurements of my backyard and wrote a report about it in the appraisal documents. The pictures his wife (Pam) took did not turn out so he came back to my home and took more pictures. As he was leaving he told me he was going to pull up comparable homes that have sold in my area. Little did I know is that Pam's husband is not a licensed appraiser. The comps he collected were not accurate and resulted in my home being under valued causing my refinance to fall through. I have previously worked in the mortgage business and was able to pull up comps that showed how inaccurate his comps were. They refused to even look at them. Needless to say I was out of $375. I'm currently filing a complaint with the state of Michigan.
