I found this therapist to be very rigid and quirky. He insisted on keeping his eyes closed for very nearly the entire session and when asked about this "alternative" format he became defensive and suggested I see someone else. And, of course, I agreed with him wholeheartedly. Happy to find someone who likes to look at the patient. Seriously strange experience.
